German
TV crew in Casablanca.

From
April 10 until April 22 we worked with Eva Schmid
and Wolfgang Wegner on various scenes what will
be part of a documentary they are preparing for
German television. They filmed Rick's in all states
- the chef shopping for fish at the port early
in the morning, the meat, fruit and vegetables
being delivered by handcart from the Marche Central,
dinner service, the jam session - also visits
to antique haunts and the man who puts the beads
on our table lights. There was an interview with
me, and much attention lavished on my dog, Pacha.
Also an interview with Issam and filming him playing "it" again, and again, and . Kyle and Sarah were
interviewed at their table during the jam session,
and there were scenes with our suppliers at the
Marche.
It was a lot of fun having them here, and we felt
very cinematic.got so used to it we think we'll
get some set lighting mounted permanently to continue
the movie theme. On their last night we turned
the tables and interviewed Eva and Wolfgang on
their impressions and observations after filming.
